Community Serve Day:
Sign up for Community Serve day is no longer active-
If you would like to serve at Niceville, Bluewater, South Crestview, or North Crestview
Simply show up to your campus at 8:00 on Saturday, March 8.
We will assign you to a team in the morning.
If you want to serve with Freeport, we are postponing their project due to the rain,
stay tuned for a 'make up date'
What Is It: An all campus, all ages, all skill level day of showing love to our community! Sites will include a mix of physical labor, relational work, children’s ministry, cooking, and more!
When Is It: Saturday, March 2, 8:00 - 12:30 (start your day at the campus where you worship)
What Does It Cost: The event is free, but it does require registration. We would love for you to bring in a canned food donation to support your campus’ holiday food drive (check with your campus to see what they’re collecting).
Who Can Sign Up: In a word - you! We will provide service opportunities to all ages, skill levels, and abilities. Students 12 years old and younger will need an adult to accompany them on their site.
How Do I Get There? Community Serve Day will not utilize Crosspoint busses - in order to serve you’ll need to secure your own transportation. If transportation is a problem for you, we understand. Talk to someone in your life group or a friend who has a vehicle and ask them to serve alongside you! Some of our sites serve on Crosspoint campuses, some serve off site with mission partners.
How Will I Know Where I Serve: You can indicate any special needs you have related to serving on the sign up sheet, then a detailed ‘site sheet’ outlining your project, the team you’re working with, and anything you Amy need to prepare for the day will be sent out 7 days before the event.
Some projects we know we will be pursuing: *Foster/Adoptive Family and Military Fun Days * Hurricane Relief and Homeless Population Support projects *Cooking and Hospitality Teams* Work wtih local nursing homes* and much, much more!
I Have More Questions: I have more answers! Email TFuller@crosspoint.church
